What about shipping?
All orders are packaged in a normal, discreet brown box. The shipper address will be "Fulfillment Center.” Shipping in the Continental US is free for orders of $50 or more. International rates are calculated at the time of order, and expedited shipping will be available for purchase at the time of checkout. We make our best effort to ship (product on a truck) the same day.
How long does it take to ship?
Unless you choose an expedited shipping method your order will ship the next business day typically via UPS Ground. Once shipped a confirmation email and tracking number is sent (usually you'll receive that after 5PM CST).
All orders leave from our fulfillment centers in Nevada and New Jersey, so five business days is typically the maximum wait time you can expect with standard shipping.
What about international shipping?
International shipping takes a bit longer than standard shipping inside the continental US. The estimated number of shipping days listed at checkout is how long it takes while the package is actually moving and does not take in account the amount of time the package will spend at customs check points. There are customs check points before a package leaves the US and another customs check point when arriving at the destination country. The amount of time a package spends in customs varies so it is hard to estimate the exact amount of time customs processing may add to your actual shipping time. Please keep this process in mind when placing your order and planning for shipment arrival. In addition, many countries charge recipients customs fees, which vary from country to country, and may require package pickup from a customs facility near the recipient address.

After five years, Motorbunny repairs can be made for a flat fee of $100.
